Chef’s Tossed Salad – fresh assorted garden greens, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrot
 with assorted dressings

Cole Slaw – cabbage and carrot (creamy dressing or oil & vinegar dressing)

Cucumber Salad – sliced cucumber and diced red peppers in a sour cream dressing

Potato Salad – diced boiled potato, chopped red pimento, diced celery & onions, mayonnaise

Roast Beef - with housemade Yorkshire pudding, thickened gravy and horseradish

Chicken Veronique - grilled breast of chicken topped with white wine, grape & mushroom  sauce

Mashed potatoes with butter

Fresh vegetable medley – mix of fresh seasonal vegetables

Desert table – assorted pastries, pies and much more
